At Magic Proxy Store, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
